Weijie Pharmaceuticals has a production base at Tianjin economic and technical development zone. The product system we applied has been certificated by FDA and met the requirements of Good Manufacture Practice of Medical Products and cGMP. With a multifunctional production area of 2000 m2, stock area of 2000 m2, and a clean room of 1000 m2, the production base is equipped with over 60 pharmaceutical reactors. The reaction volume totals to over 50 m3. The production base creates over 50 ton high-value intermediates annually. Each reactor is equipped with independent return-flow, emptying, nitrogen system and vacuum piping, which enables the reactors to combine flexibly according to different production needs.
Currently Weijie Pharmaceuticals is establishing new workshop, adding 7 production lines, which makes it possible to manufacture 7 different products at the same time. The workshop is co-designed by former General Manager of Lundbeck Italian plant and Tianjin Pharmaceutical Design Institute, which strictly meet the requirements of code for fire protection design of petrochemical enterprises, GMP standard, cGMP and FDA. The new workshop will improve the capability of the company. At present, the new workshop project has been approved by the authority. It’s in construction now. |
